CRAB STUFF MUSHROOM

24           Medium-Sized Mushrooms

1/2 lbs      Imitation Crab Meat (Can Also Sub with Real Crab Meat $)

1/3 cup    Finely Chopped Black Olives 

1/4 cup    Mayonnaise

2 tblspn   Chopped Chinese Parsley

2 tspn      Lemon Juice

1/4 tspn   Garlic Powder

1/4 tspn   Onion Powder

Grated Parmesan Cheese (The One in the Cannister)

Preparation:

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F Remove Stems from Mushrooms. MInce Stems. In a Large Bowl, Flake Crab, Add Minced Stems and Everything Else Except Parmesan Cheese and Mix. Fill Mushroom Caps with Mixture, Then Sprinkle Cap Top with Cheese. Place in a Low Baking Pan. Cover with Foil and Bake for 12 to 15 Minutes. Uncover and Continue Baking for 5 minutes Until Golden Brown. Serve Immediately.  *Extra Stuffing May Be Baked on French Bread
