Corn Relish

CORN RELISH

2 LG.      Tomatoes

1 LG.       Can Kernel Corn (15 OZ)

1 MED     Red Onion

Bunch  Cilantro

Cut Tomato in Half, gut out the Inside (The Seed Area - You Want the Flesh Part of the Tomato). Then Dice Tomato.

Open Can Corn and Drain out Liquid.

Dice Red Onion

Chop Cilantro

Place All Ingredients in a Bowl and Mix Well. Then Set in Fridge. Serve Chill.

Serves: 2 to 4
