PAN SEARED AHI (TUNA)

(2)-7 oz    Ahi Tuna  

2 oz           Furukake Panko

4 oz          Soy Wasabi Aioli

4 oz          Sweet Chili Sauce

SOY WASABI AIOLI:

4 oz         Wasabi

4 oz         Mayonnaise

2 oz         Shoyu (Soy Sauce)

Mix all ingredients  

Preparation:

Coat ahi Steak with seasoned flour, then dipped in egg wash and bread with furukake panko. Put 2 oz. of cooking oil in saute pan and put on medium heat; cook ahi about one minute each side. Serve on a bed of baby bok choy and drizzle seared ahi with soy wasabi aioli and sweet chili sauce.

(You may substitute baby bok choy with fresh garden greens, watercress or shredded green cabbage)
